Conditions of Purchase/Bookings and Cancellations

Purchase/Bookings made online or through credit cards are subject to our secure payment Partners and  Bank; Policies & Instructions.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made (15) fifteen days before the check-in date, a (20%) twenty percent of the total amount shall be charged.

Cancellations made between (14) fourteen days to (7) seven days before the check-in date, a (30%) thirty percent of the total amount will be charged.

Cancellations made between (6) six days to (48) forty-eight hours before the check-in date, a (60%) sixty percent of the total amount will be charged.

Full amount will be charged for cancellations made within (24) twenty four hours before the check-in date.


Refund and Chargebacks shall be subject to bank policies and instructions.

Detailed Conditions

1. Special customer/guest request are accepted as non-bonding requests. There is no obligation to fulfill any special requests.
2. The Resort is entitled to offer the customer/guests alternative accommodation if this is required due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances.
3. The Resort accommodation must not be occupied by more than the prescribed number of persons (including children/infants). Additional persons can be refused access or charged accordingly.
